Nikkolas Hillberg

Nikkolas “Nik” Hillberg serves as Vice President of Accounting & Finance at The Klotz Group, bringing over two decades of experience in finance, accounting, and asset management within the commercial real estate industry, including student housing, multifamily, and retail. His responsibilities span across executive leadership, financial strategy / stewardship, cash management, and portfolio-level analysis. Nik also oversees financial due diligence, compliance, and reporting.

His experience includes participating in initial public offerings, capital markets, and economic viability assessments. A military and police veteran from Hollywood, Florida, Nik’s experience is invaluable in managing acquisitions, dispositions, and the financial orchestration of large commercial real estate transactions.
